There are several correction modes for the deviation correction system
The automatic processing of coiled materials with high precision, high speed and high efficiency of the deviation correction system requires higher and higher control of the horizontal position of coiled materials. Equipped with high-performance automatic deviation correction system is the key to improve coil production capacity and yield. The coil will produce lateral displacement (deviation) when it is moving, unwinding and rewinding, so a deviation correction system can be installed at the above three positions as required to control the coil to pass the specified position accurately.
The correction mode of the correction system depends on the degree of dry material processing. The raw materials can only be corrected according to the edge centerline of the materials, because these materials have no other comparative features for reference, and the processed materials have more features during the correction
Such as printing line or contrast edge, so that analog or digital correction sensor can scan the position of the material.
Material order correction:
According to the left and right edges of materials, edge correction sensors are used for correction.
Comparison and correction:
According to a continuous or discontinuous printing line or opposite side.
Material centering line correction:
According to the center line of the material, two edge correction sensors are used for correction.
