Influence of tension controller on controlling two magnetic particle clutches at the same time

In the production process, some small manufacturers use a tension controller to control two magnetic particle clutches at a time, and no problem deviation will be found in a short time. However, Xiao Bian summarized the feedback information proposed by the tension controller agent, reminding everyone that in theory, as long as the tension control does not exceed the rated output current of the controller, it is feasible, and there are few actual operation cases, which may lead to unstable control accuracy. Therefore, one-to-one control is most appropriate for tension controller.

The tension controller is associated with the magnetic particle clutch

The magnetic particle clutch is formed by combining the transmission unit (input shaft) and the driven unit (output shaft). The space between the two groups of units is filled with granular magnetic particles (the rest volume is about 40 microns). When the magnetic coil is non-conductive, the torque will not be transmitted from the transmission shaft to the driven shaft. However, if the coil is electromagnetically energized, the magnetic powder will be attracted due to the effect of magnetic force to cause hardening, and the torque will be transmitted between successive slides. The principle of the magnetic particle brake is similar to that of the magnetic particle clutch, except that the transmission unit is changed into a fixed unit.

The tension controller is divided into manual tension controller, semi-automatic tension controller and automatic tension controller. Its functional features are large LED liquid crystal display, Chinese and English display options, and the operation interface is friendly. Full digital design, no adjustable potentiometer, simple tension calibration process, accurate, stable and reliable tension measurement. It can receive input signals from single/dual sensors and adapt to various tension sensors as input signals: it can select special tension sensors for micro displacement (input signal range is 200mV, power supply is 5V)

The tension control system is composed of magnetic powder brake, proportional amplification, power amplification, tension detection, etc. The system can manually select the pre tension according to different paper tension requirements, and set it to the “automatic” position during normal operation. Adjust it to the pre tension through “given”, and the tension adjusting roller is in balance. If the tension changes due to some interference, and the tension adjusting roller moves, the tension detector will output the corresponding change signal. After the circuit is amplified, it will control the braking torque of the magnetic powder brake to change accordingly, and the tension will change accordingly, The tension adjusting roller returns to the balance state to keep the tension stable. The taper tension control function can be realized by using a proximity switch to measure the winding diameter.
