Semi Web Tension Controller KTC818A:
The tension controller is a system developed by a single chip microcomputer or some embedded devices and peripheral circuits. It is a control instrument.
KTC-818A semi-auto tension controller is a high-precision, multi-function all-digital intelligent tension controller. It can measure the coil radius by various detection methods and automatically perform tension calculation for automatic tension control.
1. Using 32-bit high-speed CPU, graphic LCD display, user-friendly design, easy to operate
2. Support thickness accumulation method (only one proximity switch or encoder, but need to input material thickness)
3. Support speed ratio method (requires two proximity switches or encoders, no need to input material thickness)
4. Support ultrasonic detector (no need to set any calibration detector)
5. The unique analog speed signal ratio method, directly obtain the speed signal calculation tension from the inverter, without any additional devices
6. Double station switching
7. Dual 24V / 4A output, can directly drive two brake / clutch
8. Can output 0-10V, 4-20mA drive inverter / servo motor
9. Simple installation and commissioning, tension calibration process is simple
10. Support standard Modbus communication protocol, all parameters open, connect PLC / touch screen is very convenient
11. Parameter password protection to prevent misuse

For powder clutch, powder brake, air clutch, air brake, and safety chucks, please let us know the model number based on our specs.
3. What’s your MOQ basis?
Normally, we don’t have MOQ request, except the rollers.
4. What about the lead time for production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about 5-15days
5. What is the term of delivery?
We can arrange with EXW, FOB, CIF…etc. You can choose the most convenient one or cost-effective way.
