Magnetic powder brake for paper machine tension controller
The tension controller of domestic web offset press feeder adopts water-cooled magnetic powder brake. This kind of brake can output large braking torque and slip power when working, so it is widely used. However, since the water circulation system inside the magnetic particle brake is sealed by welding or hot pressing, water leakage problems caused by processing accuracy and welding quality occur frequently, resulting in magnetic particle bonding and coil burning.
In addition, an external water circulation system is also required to ensure that the heat generated during the operation of the magnetic particle brake can be exchanged with water and sent out. Attention shall be paid to the operation at all times. When starting up, the water pump cooling motor shall be turned on first to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic particle brake. Obviously, the magnetic powder brake without water circulation is more convenient in operation and use.
